Most problems fall into three groups: a generation that failed, a result that is not what you wanted, or trouble getting into your account. Start here.
A generation failed
A failed generation appears as a failed card rather than disappearing, so you can see what happened and try again from the same place. Retry once first — a single failure is often transient.
If it keeps failing
- Re-export the upload as a standard JPEG or PNG and try again.
- Try a clearer source photograph — extreme angles, obstructions and heavy filters are the usual cause.
- Check your connection. A dropped connection mid-run can stop a generation from completing.
The result is not what I wanted
- If the likeness drifts, the source photograph is almost always the reason. Use one that is sharp, evenly lit and front-facing.
- If the framing is wrong, say the framing in the instruction instead of describing the pose.
- Change one thing between runs. Changing several at once hides which change helped.
- If you are writing your own instruction and struggling, try the same idea from Originals first to see what the studio does well.
I cannot sign in
- Confirm your email address if you have not yet — some features stay locked until you do.
- Use the password reset link rather than trying repeatedly.
- If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google rather than a password.
- If a security check keeps failing, try an ordinary browser window with extensions disabled.
Something is wrong with my account or my data
You can delete your account yourself from Settings. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. What is kept afterwards, and why, is set out in Security & data.
